17-06-08 Bulkhead installation

Met up with 'F' finally. He and I went through 'K's list of issues and he explained what had been rectified, what was still outstanding and that he was still waiting for a report from the PD engineers regarding some of 'K's findings to determine if some of the issues actually needed to be rectified based on the design of the house.

Today the plasterers had been out and started on the pre-baricated bulkheads and wall corners. You can see here the 300mm entry bulkhead which we have included.

Here is another angle of the entry/corridor...

This is the fridge and kitchen bench cavity...

And here is the laundry upper floor waste void...

...and finally the Master WIR.

You'll have plaster in before you know it - it's exciting once you can see the definition of the rooms. Terrific!

Looking good - your place doesn't seem to look as dirty as ours!!!!:( Is the bulkhead in the entry something you guys added? We have it as standard, but we had to make it 150mm, b/c we wanted 2340mm high doors to MBR.Bet you can't wait for plaster so you can get a feel for the spaces!

Hi Petal, Yes we added the bulkheads to the entry as they weren't std and I really like the look of them.

The Plaster will make sooo much of a difference - can't wait :-)

This week will be a big transformation. Oh and the place gets real messy.
The front entry bulkhead will look cool. It is very interesting that we will all have the same house but each will be different.

Totally agree with M&M. We are all very different in our selections. Great to see so many variations of the Cremorne.

T&L, it's really starting to take shape inside isn't it? Can't wait to see pics once the plaster is up!

Are you able to tell me how you have found using the independent inspector and whether he has been useful. Also approximately how much is the service and any contact details you may have
